In case of a defect, the customer has the right to request a return within 24 hours of receiving the order, either through one of Al Shalwi branches or by contacting customer service directly. Accepted return cases: - Presence of a manufacturing defect in the piece. - Receiving a product that does not match the order (error from the store or website). - The product arriving in a damaged condition due to transportation or shipping. Fees: No shipping fees are charged to the customer if the return is due to a defect or error from the store. If the reason for the return is otherwise, the shipping fees are charged to the customer. Conditions for accepting the return: - The piece must be in its original condition, without any use, scratches, or damage. - All original attachments must be included: box, accessories, certificates, invoice. Al Shalwi Jewelry has the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the above conditions. Second: Exchange The exchange request is accepted only within 24 hours of receiving the order, according to the following exclusive cases: Exclusive cases for exchange: - Presence of a manufacturing defect in the piece. - Receiving a product that does not match the requested piece (error from the website or store). - Error in choosing the size by the customer, "and only one modification is allowed," with the customer bearing the following costs: - All shipping and insurance costs. - Price differences resulting from the variation in gold weight or gold price. If the weight difference is in favor of the customer, a coupon worth the difference will be issued. Important notes: - No exchange will be made unless the conditions are met. - Exchange in case of size difference is conditional on the piece not being used or damaged. Conditions for accepting return and exchange: The following conditions must be met to accept the request: - The piece must be in its original condition without any signs of use. - The stickers or labels on the piece must not be removed. - The original invoice must be submitted with the request. - The request must be submitted within the approved period (24 hours from receipt).
